What We Stand For…

Are you a member of the community in Canterbury? Do you live here, work here, study here or enjoy the city for its good food and shopping? If you do any or all of these you are truly a part of the local community here in Canterbury.

Canterbury United began as a collaborative project between all of the Student Unions (SU) in the City, including Canterbury College, Christ Church SU, The University of Creative Arts SU and The University of Kent SU. We each wish for the community in Canterbury to show their strengths; working together, we believe we can unite and show that we each love Canterbury for its merits and for what it offers us. Be sure to see our list of events.

Canterbury United therefore offers you the chance to report back the good news success stories in and around the community. Be it volunteering, a musical performance, a school trip, a University project that involves community development or simply a story of a kind act Canterbury United would like to hear about it.

Please send your good news stories to either:
